Tuesday: Brown Sugar Spiced Pork Tenderloin with Roasted Butternut Squash and Apple Bake (I sub clean-eating sucanat for the brown sugar in both recipes)

WednesdayProsciutto Wrapped Chicken Thighs with Rosemary with Broccoli and Baked Sweet Potatoes

Thursday: Tilapia Fish Tacos with Apricot Soy Ginger Sauce (recipe coming this week!)

Friday: Hibachi Night: Japanese Style Teriyaki Chicken with White Sauce on Brown Rice and Steamed Veggies

Saturday: Dinner Out

Sunday: Red Wine Marinated Flank Steak with Caprese Salsa
