If you’ve been following me a while, you know how much I love PDF patterns. When I saw this one, I had to have it (and a few other Violette Fields patterns as well!).
I cut and sewed this whole dress in one afternoon/evening, sewing whenever I could in between keeping the kids happy! It was a pretty easy sew. You’ll deal with some bias tapes, ruffling, and elastic casings in the process of creating the dress. The only thing that confused me a bit was that the strap pattern piece says “Cut 2″ but you actually need 2 for each strap (so four total). The pattern is very well written with great instructional pictures and contains pattern details for sizes 2T-10 years.

It turned out great! Can you tell me how much fabric it requires? I am thinking of purchasing but wonder if I have enough of the fabric that I want to use. I’d be making a 4.
